Bamboomoves, Forest Hill's premier Yoga studio, located one block from the express subway stop at 71st/Continental. Alexa sees patients at Bamboomoves on Mondays and Wednesdays. Morning, afternoon, and evening appointments are available.
Alexa is in Great Neck on Thursdays. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available. The office is located at 15 Bond Street which is two blocks from the train station. There plenty of parking on site.
