Testimonials
After many years of back pain, knee pain, pain pills and many knee surgeries, my orthopedist suggested trying acupuncture. I was dubious at first but decided to try it and I was so glad that I did. When I met Matthew Weitzman he quickly put me at ease and explained the procedure he would be performing. Afterwords, it was unbelievable the relief from pain that I felt. To me, it was miraculous. Now I stand straighter and need no pain pills. I wholeheartedly recommend seeing Matthew Weitzman and trying acupuncture.

I suffered from terrible pain in my upper back – from shoulder to shoulder – and in the back of my neck. The pain kept me from my favorite activities – practicing yoga and and bicycle riding – and made it difficult to work at my desk for any length of time. I decided to try acupuncture. Thanks to Matthew Weitzman, I was pain free after three sessions. Not only did his acupuncture treatment help, he suggested lifestyle changes and simple exercises that made a difference, too. Matthew is more than a great acupuncturist, he is an experienced and knowledgeable all-around health care professional.

About a year and a half ago I had a fall at a museum where I was working as a volunteer after retiring from teaching. It resulted in an injury to a muscle through which the sciatic nerve travels resulting in a great deal of pain and imbalance in walking.
After trying physical therapy for some time with little success or improvement, acupuncture was recommended to me for pain management. I decided to try acupuncture. Fortunately I chose Matthew Weitzman as my acupuncturist – a most wise decision! I have been using his services since the end of may and have found him to be not only most competent but also a good listener, compassionate and a true professional. Thanks to Matthew, I have seen good results with a very big problem.
I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone needing this type of pain management. He is a true professional, Quiet mannered and most competent in using his well-learned skills. I was lucky to find him!

After a car accident, I was suffering from severe neck pain, back pain, and constant headaches. I tried everything for the pain, but only felt significant relief from my headaches after receiving acupuncture from Matthew. I was amazed at how immediate the pain relief was and how relaxed I felt after the treatments. Thank you Matthew!

I was initially quite skeptical of the idea of healing by stimulating pressure points with needles. That being said, I started getting acupuncture for back, neck pain and knee pain, and I am making a lot of progress. Also, Matthew recently started addressing sleep problems and memory issues I’ve been having and I love it! After acupuncture, I sleep so much better. Let me tell you, it is the best thing I have ever done! Thank you so much Matthew!

Matthew made me feel extremely comfortable doing something I have always been a little scared of. Ever since I was a kid I was terrified of needles so acupuncture was something I never wanted to try. After having major surgery on my shoulder when I was a teenager, I developed arthritis and experience bouts of pain. After one session with Matthew, my pain subsided immediately. It’s been months now and it hasn’t returned, but if it does now I know what to do!

I injured my neck in yoga doing a tripod headstand and was dancing in a performance that was only three weeks later. I couldn’t move my neck, I was in agony. Unsure what to do, I decided to give acupuncture a try, as I heard that it really helped people with neck injuries. Apprehensive of having needles put into my body, I can honestly say that not only did it not hurt at all, it felt good. The healing touch of massage and the electric stimulation that I was given through needles loosened up all the tightness and pain. After my first couple of sessions, I began to feel better and in only five sessions total, I was ready to perform. As a dancer, I couldn’t let an injury prevent me from performing, as the show must go on.
